Version 0.4 includes saving as well as exporting; exporting uses the intermediate serializer. This version also includes the new Rally (or Relay) system; it's a member of the Locations layer. Once you create you Relays, use the Link button to link your pathways together; it is located next to Vertex Snap in the Construction window.
